· Fixed:        A keyboard translation issue caused F9, Ctrl-F9 and Shift-F9 to be mistaken for Edit->Cut
· Fixed:        It is now not possible to click the Restore button when running a second copy of SpecView on the same PC. This prevents the slight possibility of restoring a Config that is in use by the 1st running copy of SpecView
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Focus would remain on the original control after a Symbol Factory ActiveX Control had been copied and pasted
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Certain controls move position on the screen from Config to Runtime mode
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Changes in the output value of an ActiveX Control when linked to a SpecView variable were ignored if the SpecView variable's value has not changed. The linked variable should be changed when the output value changes
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Controls linked to instruments via their outputs could cause a SpecView crash and the value would be corrupt
· Fixed:        ActiveX: If a group on a GD3 contained an Industrial Gadgets ActiveX Control then deleting that group in Config mode would cause SpecView to crash
· Fixed:        ActiveX: If an ActiveX Control had a user editable control on its window, then all keyboard actions were diverted to the control, consequently keyboard shortcuts, such as G for grouping, were ignored
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Improvements to SpecView's performance with respect to unnecessary handling of AXL files
· Fixed:        ActiveX: In Config mode in the 'Link to Variables' dialog, clicking on the red V for the Variables List sometimes caused SpecView to crash
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Industrial Gadgets controls could not be moved after changing the type in their properties dialog box
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Industrial Gadgets could be resized/moved whilst in Runtime Mode. Also the "Setup" page in Configuration Mode would cause the cursor to be shown as busy unnecessarily, and the user needed to press ESC to exit
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Industrial Gadgets Opening the Setup page (e.g. Alt-Enter) but do nothing, but just click OK, the control would move erroneously
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Inputs were being set based upon a time delay and not when a variable that was linked to them was changed. This caused CPU to be used unnecessarily
· Fixed:        ActiveX: It was possible to disable all ActiveX Controls from the Preferences dialog but the enable function would not work
· Fixed:        ActiveX: It was possible very occasionally for a control to not function at all. The fix for this has also improved the time for loading the list of installed ActiveX controls
· Fixed:        ActiveX: It wasn't possible to specify a boolean SpecView User Variable to link to the trigger of a method on the Methods tab of the 'Link to Variables' dialog
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Links to SpecView variables in Visual Basic Controls were not being saved, and could cause SpecView to crash in Runtime
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Methods were being triggered even when the boolean variable which was assigned to the trigger (in the Links to Variables box) was not TRUE
· Fixed:        ActiveX: On some Symbol Factory controls moving the mouse within the Setup box for the control could cause the control itself underneath to move
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Output values were not scanned if the ActiveX Control was in a group on a GD3
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Printing a screen which contains with ActiveX Controls doesn't print the controls
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Registering ActiveX controls from SpecView can now be done on Windows Vista. Registering ActiveX controls requires administrative privileges, which under Vista requires user confirmation in the form of a 'User Account Control' box, which is now displayed when SpecView starts
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Resizing Symbol Factory control, then copy&paste it and then repositioning it could cause SpecView to crash
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Right clicking on a Symbol Factory control to show the Setup page, after that page has been exited, none of the SpecView menus or functions work, and focus is locked to the Symbol Factory control
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Right clicking on an Industrial Gadgets Control displays the setup page, but no menus or keyboard or mouse functions will work until the right-mouse-button is clicked again

· Fixed:        ActiveX: Some types of control could seem to disappear when the user chooses 'Reset Window Position' from File->Preferences Settings Tab
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Specified data type conversions did not work when linking SpecView variables of the type 'Number With Decimals' to an ActiveX Control. For example, Linking a SpecView 'Number with Decimals' User Variable to Blink Mode on a Symbol Factory control and specifying that it should to be converted to an unsigned integer
· Fixed:        ActiveX: Values of User variables not being remembered when they are ONLY linked to an ActiveX control, and not being used for anything else, such that their values could be lost when switching from Config to Runtime mode.
· Fixed:        ActiveX: When 2 or more ActiveX Controls are on a GD3 then the outputs were not being scanned properly and the linked SpecView variables were not being set
· Fixed:        ActiveX: When making changes to Visual Basic ActiveX Controls the order in which the Inputs, Outputs and Methods appear in SpecView is controlled by their alphabetic name. So if a programmer adds a new function, whose name alphabetically falls within the list of functions, instead of at the end, then the SpecView links are shifted up or down. SpecView now keeps a map of functions and will try to "fix up" the links. It will report to the user those "fix ups" and produce a log of them in a file in the Config folder called SVAXFixUpLog.txt
· Fixed:        ActiveX: When specifying a link to/from an ActiveX Control to SpecView variables a data conversion can be specified. This conversion was not fully implemented and only fully worked to or from Text type variables
· Fixed:        Modbus/TCP driver can cause SpecView to crash when going from Runtime Mode into Configuration Mode
· Fixed:        RKC: The RKC driver was generating debug files when the DEBUG driver command was not in use

· New:        ActiveX: SpecView now supports controls changing the cursor to other pointers, such as a hour glass when busy
· New:        ActiveX: The first time you open a GD3 that contains ActiveX controls in 843 or above in Config Mode it may prompt you to save it even though you have not made any changes
· New:        ActiveX: Tooltips generated by ActiveX Controls are now supported by SpecView
· New:        ActiveX: When an ActiveX Control is changed and a new version created all of the GD3s with that ActiveX Control will cause a message informing the user that the version change has been noted. This would entail the user visiting all of the GD3s with that control on and saving the GD3s. To prevent the time and effort lost in opening and saving a lot of GD3s a new menu option has been created to perform that function: 'Object->ActiveX Control->Save All GD3s for Version Changes' this menu item is only enabled if an ActiveX Control has had a version change in this Configuration
